I can see how this is fun with friends when you can fill the wait times with chatter and whatnot but my own solo experience was filled with connection issues, crashes and extremely long load times. When I got to play the levels I enjoyed I had a really good time, but sadly those levels were few and far between.

First couple of times I played it was ok but it quickly got boring getting thrown into the same rounds in quick succession, not to mention that some rounds just plain suck.

cute in small doses generally. feels very Mario Party in that it's all a gag until suddenly it isn't and you want to maul someone.

In 2023, this one might be a bit worse than when it launched. The battle pass and a current emphasis on levels made with their level generation tool hinder a good time and feeling of progress. That's unfortunate, as many of the levels with themes and focused mechanics can be very fun or even great. The visual humor is still enjoyable, from the way the guys waddle and dive to how they slide down slimy slopes like penguins. Moments of ragdoll chaos can still draw a smile out of me, too.

Hot take: I love this stupid game and I love how dumb it is. Yeah it's only something you really play in short bursts and is very stupid, but I love running these dumb little races and I love throwing Wozzer off the maps.

I had played this previously and enjoyed it a bit, however, playing it for more time just made the game frustrating and repetitive. It could be something I would pick up every now and then for a small session, but nothing more than that.

When Fall Guy is fun, its really actually fun to play. But there are to many bugs, serverhickups, samey levels, waiting and griefers for it to be fun. Played with my son, so that made it more fun than if i had to solo it.

I can see the appeal but the floaty and bouncy mechanics, whilst clearly an intentional design choice triggered me at times. Game probably not for me. Thanks Wozzer.
