1Creeper World 4PC15hY$25Steam18-Jan-2021★★★★★More Creeper World content for fans who already like the series. Creeper World is game back from the flash era that's managed to transition to unity well. If you liked Creeper World 1 and 3, this is more of that. If you don't know the series, it's a strategy game were you compete against an AI enemy that mostly just grows and throws itself at you, putting you on a timer to build an economy and strategize how to expand and slowly eradicate it from the map.

2Outer WildsPC20hN$25Steam31-Jan-2021★★★★☆Very enjoyable/unique game. Worth experience for that alone. There are some mild frustrations with some of the puzzles, if you get stuck it's worth talking to someone who's beat the game to help clear any misconceptions you might have.

3 Return of the Obra DinnPC15hN$20Steam3-Feb-2021★★★★★Fantastic puzzle game. The atmosphere is solid, the revels are well done, and I enjoyed how the detective work played. In particular I liked how the story is told, being an insurance investigator looking into an incident is a neat way to tell a story.

4Axiom VergePC17hN$20Steam28-Mar-2021★★★☆☆I beat the game on hard at 17 hours, 79 deaths, 97% map and 88% items.
The ascetic was on point, both visuals and sound. Level design was good, and there was several neat mechanics. The story was interesting and strange in a good way.
However the actual gameplay itself left much to be desired. The game could have used a warp mechanic to go between save spots, it would have also benefited greatly from all the weapons having a hold to shoot option. Lastly a bit more direction in where to go next for the story or a bit more detail on what areas have items you haven't gotten yet would have been huge quality of life improvements. After about 70% item completion I used an online wiki to help find some of the missing guns/powerups. I also used steam controller configuration to make the shoot button have turbo to save my poor thumb.

5Dicey DungeonPC63hN$15Steam14-Apr-2021★★★★☆Pretty fun and easy to grind, but there is a lot of grinding. The game is very thematic, and every character plays very differently, but the RNG can be a little frustrating at times. Also it's an indie game

6SuperLiminalPC3hN$20Steam16-May-2021★★★★★Fantastic experience and puzzle game. Plays heavily with impossible spaces, which I love.
8
7Hypnospace OutlawPC9hN$20Steam31-May-2021★★★★★Arthouse-esque game. Unique and sometimes intense experience, short and well worth it. Core mechanices are puzzel/information gathering.
9
8CartoPC3.2hN$20Steam3-Jun-2021★★★☆☆Cute puzzle game, the puzzles themselves aren't very hard. At 3 hours for a full story, it's a worthwhile play
10
9Shadow Tactics: Blades of the ShogunPC21.2hN$40Steam19-Jun-2021★★★★☆Stealth RTS game. Well designed for controller play. You effectively must stealth your way though all the levels, but the mechanices of doing so is RTS with a few characters you control, togglign back and forth. The story was only OK, but the mecahics are very solid and the quick save/reload is well done.

10A Hat in TimePC22hN$40Steam31-Jul-2021★★★★☆102% compelete, including both DLC. Cute indie third person platformer. My main complaint is that while parts have an excellent level of difficulty, failure can be to punishing and requires to much replay. I recommend skipping the hard optional parts if you feel frustrated.
12
11Death's DoorPC11.5hN$20Steam9-Aug-2021★★★★★100% Complete. Fairly good action game with a neat aesthetic and very worth the cost. In particular I appreciate that death wasn't overly punishing. Post game was very good, bumping the game from an 8/10 to 9/10.

12We Were HerePC2hNFreeSteam21-Aug-2021★★★★☆All Achievements, two plays through with swapped roles. Excellent short coop game, radio mechanics are always fun. Puzzles where simple, but exciting due to the async coop nature. Worth a play, I can see why they spun it into a whole series.
14
13PsychonautsPC17.5hN$10Steam31-Aug-2021★★★★★Most collectibles. Overall the games themes, design, and dialogue are excellent. Mechanics are mostly good, aged kinda "meh" in some places, but more than worthwhile to get through. Look forward to how the second one goes, with more than 15 years between the two.
15
14Metroid DreadSwitch13.5hN$60Nintendo17-Oct-2021★★★★★Good game, interesting level design, right kind of difficulty. All bosses have telegraphed avoidable attacks, you just have to learn their patterns, but hits are punishing. Game guides you where to go next fairly well, which I appriciated, while letting you have a lot of changes to more or less free roam and get collectibles. Story was also fairly interesting and a nice continuation.
16
15InscryptionPC13hN$20Steam22-Oct-2021★★★★★Excellent game. While the game is certainly in the horror genre, it's not jump scare style horror. Lots of interesting secret bits, puzzles are mildly difficult at their worst and the core mechanic is deck building

2hN$20Steam5-May-2022★★★★☆Puzzle VR game. Came out in 2017, and it shows as an early VR game. But you can also tell they tried to make a good game, has pysconaut staples from the first game

25Kirby and the Forgotten LandSwitch25hN$60Amazon15-May-2022★★★★★100% Completion, solo only (2 player co-op available). Would highly recommend. Kirby is always a fun time, And this game is no exception. Interesting story, good fights, cool powerups, and a town that upgrades as you progress. Also the collectible system is very fair. Already can't wait for the next Kirby game
27
26Airborn KingdomPC20hN$18Steam5-Jul-2022★★★★☆Beat base game and most achievements. Fairly fun cute game, it's a colony builder sim with some gimmicks. Can reasonably be beaten in 10ish hours

27Psychonauts 2PC25hN$60Steam12-Aug-2022★★★★★Excellent sequel to the first game. More of the same, but bigger and with fresh ideas for levels. If you enjoyed the first game, this won't disappoint. Also the first game still holds up if you want to dig into both. And the VR only title is entirely optional, the (small) plot is immediately covered at the start. The 25h for 100% completion

31We Were Here ForeverPC10hN$60Steam3-Mar-2023★★★★★Another excellent entry in this serious. This team is great at making relatively short 2 player cooperative games. This one was the biggest one with the most story yet.
33
32DredgePC15hN$30Steam20-Apr-2023★★★★☆Creepy atmosphere horror. Interesting art style, the game mechanics all center around fishing. The machnics vary enough to keep it fresh, and it leans into the art, and the theme heavily. Definitely worth the time, ~8h to beat, ~14h to 100%
